First-frame task
Adsnapr generates a still image before the final video. Review the person or product, product accuracy, scene, framing, and overall suitability. A first-frame task costs 1 credit when accepted for processing.
You must approve the current first frame before starting video generation. If you change important project settings, generate and approve a new first frame.
Video task
Video cost is based on duration: 1 credit per generated second. An 8-second video costs 8 credits; a 10-second video costs 10 credits; a 15-second video costs 15 credits.
Task progress and results are recorded in the project. When generation succeeds, use the project result to preview and download the video.
Failures and retries
Adsnapr may retry an initial provider failure automatically. Repeated failures are limited to prevent uncontrolled spending and may require you to adjust the input or try again later.
If an accepted, charged AI task fails, Adsnapr automatically refunds the corresponding credits when the original credit transaction can be safely verified. Cases with incomplete or inconsistent transaction data are held for manual review instead of issuing an unsafe refund.
Output policy
- Pro and Scale subscriptions receive 1080p, 48 fps output without an Adsnapr watermark.
- Starter receives standard 720p output without an Adsnapr watermark.
- Accounts without an active subscription receive standard 720p output with an Adsnapr watermark.
