Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the content and behavior that are not allowed when using Adsnapr. It applies to product information, images, prompts, scripts, creative instructions, generated images, generated videos, and any other output or input processed through the service.

Prohibited content and activities

You must not use Adsnapr to create, upload, request, generate, distribute, publish, or promote:

• NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content;
• sexualized content involving minors, exploitation, grooming, or abuse;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or impersonation of a real person without permission;
• graphic violence, terrorism, extremist propaganda, hateful harassment, or content that encourages harm;
• illegal products or services, scams, phishing, malware, fraud, or instructions for wrongdoing;
• deceptive advertising, fabricated endorsements, fake reviews, unsupported product claims, or misleading medical, financial, legal, or safety claims;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• attempts to bypass Adsnapr's safety checks, rate limits, payment controls, provider restrictions, or moderation decisions.

Adsnapr may block, remove, or review content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. We may also report illegal or dangerous activity to appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the inputs you submit and for reviewing every output before using it. You must have the rights and permissions needed for product assets, names, likenesses, and claims. You must also follow the rules of the advertising, ecommerce, and social platforms where you publish an output.
