Terms governing access to and use of Adsnapr

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Adsnapr, an AI video ad generation service that helps ecommerce teams turn product links and product information into AI UGC video ads for creative testing.
By accessing or using Adsnapr, you agree to these Terms. If you use Adsnapr on behalf of a company, brand, agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Adsnapr may allow users to paste product URLs, extract product details, edit product briefs, generate hooks, scripts, CTAs, and create downloadable AI UGC video ads. Features may vary by plan, credit balance, region, technical availability, and product stage.
Adsnapr is intended to support creative production and testing workflows. It does not replace your responsibility to review advertising claims, product accuracy, rights clearances, platform policies, and applicable law before using generated videos.
You may need an account to use certain Adsnapr features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts when we believe there is misuse, security risk, unpaid fees, policy violation, or activity that may harm Adsnapr, other users, service providers, or third parties.
"User Content" includes product URLs, product data, images, brand assets, prompts, scripts, creative instructions, and any other content you submit, upload, edit, or provide to Adsnapr.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit User Content and to use generated videos based on that content. You are responsible for ensuring that User Content and resulting ads do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consumer protection, advertising, or other rights.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Adsnapr a limited license to host, process, reproduce, modify, create derivative outputs from, transmit, and display User Content solely as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.
Subject to these Terms, your plan, payment status, and applicable usage rights, you may use videos generated through Adsnapr for your own ecommerce, marketing, and advertising workflows.
AI-generated outputs can be similar to outputs generated for other users and may include errors, omissions, or unsuitable claims. Adsnapr does not promise that generated videos will improve ad performance, comply with every platform rule, or be free from the need for human review.
Before publishing, testing, or distributing a generated video, you must review it for product accuracy, required disclosures, prohibited claims, trademark and copyright issues, music or likeness rights, and platform policy compliance.
Adsnapr may offer free credits, subscriptions, lifetime plans, one-time credit packs, or other paid options. Credits, plan limits, renewal rules, expiration periods, and download rights may vary by offer and will be described at checkout or in the product.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing a plan or credit pack, you authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method. Taxes, currency conversion, bank fees, and similar charges may apply.
Unless a checkout page, refund policy, or applicable law states otherwise, fees are charged for access to the service, credits, or generation capacity and may be non-refundable once used.
You agree not to use Adsnapr to create, upload, generate, distribute, or promote content that:
We may remove content, limit generation, suspend downloads, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Adsnapr may integrate with third-party services for authentication, payments, email, analytics, cloud storage, AI infrastructure, notifications, and support. Your use of these features may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
Adsnapr is not responsible for third-party services, external product pages, advertising platforms, ecommerce marketplaces, or policies controlled by those third parties.
We work to keep Adsnapr reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or unavailable due to maintenance, third-party providers, network issues, demand, security incidents, or product updates.
We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features, plans, credit rules, or limits. If a change materially affects paid access, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice where required.
Adsnapr, including the website, software, interface, workflows, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by Adsnapr or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of Adsnapr technology, models, source code, design assets, trademarks, or other proprietary materials.
Adsnapr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and results from using generated videos.
You are responsible for deciding whether Adsnapr outputs are suitable for your products, audience, campaigns, and legal obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adsnapr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, ad spend losses, or reputational harm arising from or related to your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Adsnapr's total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Adsnapr for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, or USD $100 if no payment was made.
You may stop using Adsnapr at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay amounts owed, or use Adsnapr in a way that may harm users, providers, or third parties.
After termination, some provisions will continue to apply, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related terms.
We may update these Terms as Adsnapr evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Adsnapr after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
