Adsnapr helps ecommerce sellers and marketing teams turn product links and product details into AI UGC video ads for creative testing.

Information We Collect

We collect information that helps us operate Adsnapr, provide accounts, process payments, generate videos, and improve the landing page and product experience.

• Account information: name, email address, login method, authentication identifiers, account settings, and support messages.
• Product and creative inputs: product URLs, product titles, product images, prices, selling points, target audiences, prompts, scripts, hooks, CTAs, style selections, and other information you submit or edit before generation.
• Generated outputs: task history, generation status, generated video results, downloadable video files, and related metadata.
• Payment and credit information: selected plans, credit packages, checkout status, invoice references, subscription status, credit balances, and credit transactions. Payment details are processed by payment providers and are not stored by Adsnapr as full card numbers.
• Usage and device data: pages viewed, referral source, clicks, scroll activity, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
• Communications: emails, support requests, newsletter preferences, and product updates you choose to receive or that are needed to operate your account.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• provide, maintain, secure, and improve Adsnapr;
• create accounts, authenticate users, and prevent unauthorized access;
• extract product information from submitted product links;
• generate hooks, scripts, CTAs, and AI UGC video ads from confirmed product briefs;
• store generation history so users can review and re-download videos;
• process subscriptions, one-time purchases, credit packs, invoices, and credit usage;
• send transactional emails, product notices, support replies, and newsletter messages where enabled;
• analyze landing page performance, onboarding flow, product usage, and conversion paths;
• detect abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect the reliability of the service;
• comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

AI Processing and Product Content

Adsnapr may send the product details, prompts, scripts, creative selections, and related assets you provide to third-party AI infrastructure providers for the purpose of generating ad creative. You should only submit product information, images, claims, and brand assets that you have the right to use.

Generated videos may depend on the accuracy and completeness of your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing product claims, advertising disclosures, intellectual property rights, and platform policy compliance before using generated videos in campaigns or other commercial contexts.

Analytics and Session Insights

With your consent, we use analytics tools on public Adsnapr pages to understand how visitors find and use the site and to improve the landing page, documentation, and onboarding flow. We do not intentionally load these optional analytics tools inside signed-in Video Studio, account settings, billing, payment, or administration pages.

• Google Analytics helps us measure traffic sources, page views, device information, referrals, and aggregated usage patterns.
• Microsoft Clarity helps us understand clicks, scroll behavior, heatmaps, and session interactions for UX diagnostics.

Third-Party Services

Adsnapr currently relies on the following named providers:

• Creem acts as merchant of record and processes checkout, payment, subscription, tax, invoice, refund, and fraud-prevention information. Adsnapr receives order and subscription records but does not store full payment card numbers.
• Google OAuth provides optional Google account sign-in and sends us account identifiers and profile information you authorize, such as your name and email address.
• Neon hosts the PostgreSQL database used for account, authentication, project, payment-reference, and credit records.
• Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded product assets and generated first frames, audio, and video files.
• Resend delivers authentication, account, transactional, and support-related emails.
• OpenRouter provides AI model access used for text or structured-generation tasks. Product information, prompts, and scripts needed for the requested task may be sent to it.
• Google Analytics measures consented public-page traffic and aggregated usage.
• Microsoft Clarity provides consented public-page interaction analytics, heatmaps, and session insights.

Adsnapr also uses AI generation infrastructure to create images, voices, and videos. We send only the inputs and assets reasonably needed to perform the task. Providers process information for Adsnapr or under their own applicable terms and privacy policies, and may process it in other countries.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and local storage for essential website functionality, authentication, language preferences, security, checkout continuity, and saving your privacy choice. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Adsnapr, maintain account history, support downloads, process payments and credits, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Generated tasks and videos may be retained in your account history unless deleted through available product controls or support processes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No online service can promise absolute security, so you should protect your account credentials and only submit content you are comfortable processing through an online AI service.

Your Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal information. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages, while still receiving service-related emails necessary for your account.
